Limpid Haze Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.8.1, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2

The Limpid Haze Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.8.1, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2 is quite cool. The textures in the pack are very laid back and casual, but work well with it’s medieval theme. The creator of the pack says that the Texture Pack is still a work in progress. I can agree with this, but even though some textures could be improved, others still needing to be added, the current textures are really good. The detail and effort put into them is already enormous and I can tell the pack is going to be amazing once it’s complete.

• The textures in this Texture Pack have been made at a medium, 32×32 resolution.
• The theme of this Texture Pack is medieval and it works well with the already medieval themed, Minecraft features.
• The textures that have been added are all themed and look great. They tile nicely with each other and all look very natural.

Pros

1. The increase in resolution is only slight so there will only be a slight increase of Lag.To check your current FPS, without your Texture Pack, spawn in a world and hit the F3 key. Look up at the top left corner of your screen to the FPS: (number). The higher the number the better. If already low, do not attempt to use high resolution packs.
2. The textures already look nice, and they all fit the theme they have been designed for.
3. More detailed than the Minecraft Default Texture Pack.

Cons

1. Not all of the textures have been completed.
2. There will be further updates for the pack, as the pack is a WIP (Work in progress.)
3. Requires a patcher.

How to install the Limpid Haze Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.8.1, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2

1. Download and install the OptfineMod first or download the Mcpatcherprogram and use it when instructed to.
2. Download the Limpid Haze Texture Pack zip file for Minecraft 1.8.1, 1.7.10 and 1.7.2.
3. Browse to %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft and open the ‘Resourcepacks’ folder.
4. Drag the downloaded Texture Pack zip file into the ‘Resourcepacks’ folder.
5. If using Mcpatcher, patch your game now.
6. Run Minecraft.
7. Select your Texture Pack inside the Resource Packs selection located in your menu/settings section.
8. Finished.
